Can I get a transfer from/to any airport?

Our transfers are available from airports/ ports/ train stations of Rome and center Italy, we also provide other italians cities tour/transfers.

 
What time do you operate?

Our Reservations Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.To find out if we serve a particular airport please see our Services section

 
Do you offer private transfers?

Yes. We use Sedans that can seat up to four passengers. They are equipped with air- conditioning and an internal communication system. There is ample space in the back for luggage.

 
Are your shuttles and cars air-conditioned? How many do they seat?
All our shuttles are air- conditioned. Most of our vehicles are vans that can seat up to eight passengers.
 
Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

No. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy inside our transfer vehicles.

 
How can I contact you from the Airport/port/train station?

Check your confirmation voucher for the local phone numbers of our service providers.

 
Do I need an advance reservation?

The latest that you can make a reservation is 12 hours before you need the transfer. We highly recommend though that you book well in advance of this so we can serve you better.

 
Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before the transfer?

You must confirm your departure with us 24 hours before the transfer so we can be sure that all information concerning flight hours, airport, and pick-up address is correct.

 
What happens if i cannot find my driver at airport?

Refer to your booking confirmation and contact the help desk number on +39.340.74.92.725  our team will give you further instructions and assistance.

 
What happens if my flight is delayed?

The driver will be waiting for you chasing the expected landing time of your flight. Sometimes this is not possible and so in case of flight delays the first one hour of waiting is free, after, 25€ for each hours. In the event that the waiting is between 11pm and 6am the cost will be 35€ for each hours.

 
What happens if my flight is redirected to another airport?

Should your flight being redirected, the driver will be waiting for you at the new airport destination, only if is Ciampino Airport or Fiumicino, we charge 10€ extra. Should not we able to be informed in advanced of the circumstances from any of the airport staff, we kindly request you to contact the help desk number on 0039.340.74.92.725 as soon as your flight will be landed.

 
Do you provide car seats for children under three years old?

When you book ask for safety seats for children. If a child seat is not available, the child should sit on the parent’s lap.

 
Should I tip the driver? How much?

It’s up to you. If you are pleased with the driver’s service, why not?
